1960's RP with Five

In a way Roxy was lucky that she landed in the 1960's and not the pervious era, her modern look was a lot easier to blend into the 60's than if she were dumped into a June and Cleaver type of situation.

"At least I can pass off my short hair as some kind of Twiggy or Mia Farrow inspiration..." She thinks to herself as she passes by a shop window, pausing to adjust her outfit.

"And I do look great in a miniskirt if I do say so myself..."

Not that she's dressed up this way to try and lure anyone with her barely covered bottom, she is actually rather modestly dressed compared to what she wears most nights for work. Today she is going for 'casual lady about town', something that won't stand out too much if she has to do a little breaking and entering.

"Another plus for a miniskirt," She thinks to herself as she approaches the closed down appliance store. "It won't get caught on anything."

She nods, his suspicion is understandable but she isn't worried about his threat because she is telling him the truth and she will prove it. She doesn't know how yet but the most logical place seems to be helping him round up his siblings.

"Understood." She says and takes back her photo and I.D, slipping them back into her wallet. "So where do we start? Go find your other dumb brother? I can keep tabs on Luther at the club if you want."

Instinctively he runs his hand through his fringe as things just keep getting more and more complicated. He lets out a small sigh as he knows he really needs to collect Diego before the idiot does any real damage to the timeline.

"Well I need to go get my idiot brother who escaped from the local mental hospital before he manages to fuck up the timeline." Five says, pinching the bridge of his nose. "I just know that moron is going to make a beeline for Oswald. That's where they picked him up last time." He adds after a beat as he goes to pull the car keys out of his pocket.

"If he's going for Oswald I know exactly where he'll be." She says, thinking that if this brother of his is as impulsive as he sounds he'll be at the Book Depository. She smiles and holds out her hand for the car keys.

"Not for nothing sweets, but it might be better if I drive. Somehow I don't think we have time to get pulled over by the cops for underage driving."

"I do too. The moron is predictable to anyone who know him." He states with a sigh. Though he shakes his head as he absolutely refuses to hand over the keys. He took the car fair and square. Lightly he shakes his head at her. "No way, the idiot cops don't even noticed half the time, since they are too busy being racist assholes to pay attention to a random kid driving a car." He adds, clutching the keys tightly.

He agreed to let her stick around, but he's too much of a control freak to let someone he doesn't know well drive him to retrieve his brother. "You can head back to the bar and check for Luther if you want. He knows you, maybe you can talk some sense into the big monkey."

She retracts her hand with a shrug and an easy smile, "Okay. But if you wind up in juvie I get to tell you 'I told you so'."

When he suggests going back to the club she feels a sting of hurt but quickly brushes it aside, he just met her and is going to be suspicious until she proves she's not a threat. "Sure, I'll see if I can convince him that there's more at stake here than just his grudge against you and a broken heart."

"I'm working the next two nights at the club if you need to find me." She adds, and then goes into her purse and pulls out a bent up business card and pen, she writes her home address and phone number down and then passes it to him. "Anytime else I'm at this address."

She can tell he wants to get going so she motions for him to take off, as he passes her she gives him another smile. "You know you never told me your name. You want me to just keep callin' you sweets till we're better acquainted?"

"They would have to catch me first." He states frankly because he's been doing things under their nose this entire time. He's more concerned about the Swedes at this point.

"If you can get him to pull his head out of his ass, I will count that as a miracle. There's a backdoor through the alleyway there. Just go in through there if you need to get ahold of me. Elliot's paranoid but he's pretty well harmless." He tells her as he takes the offered business card and pockets it.

"My name's Five." He replies after a beat.

She cocks an eyebrow at his reply, filing away the information about Elliot and how to enter the appliance store. The fact that he told her that much is a little bit encouraging.

"Well I guess I'll see you soon then, Five. Good luck with your brother." She says and starts to turn back the way she came, pausing to glance back over her shoulder at him.

"Oh and if you enjoyed the show the other night then be sure to stop by tomorrow, there's something extra special happening that you might like." She tips him a wink and a little wave, leaving the alley and him to get down to business.
