[To say that things hadn't exactly been a holly jolly Christmas season so far would be a gross understatement and considering everything that had happened recently no one was going to blame Roxy for cancelling any and all of her holiday plans.
But Roxy was nothing if not tenacious.
So, in true Roxy fashion she bought herself a fake pink Christmas tree, decorated it in as many pink, purple and black decorations as she could find, bought a bunch of booze and treats and opened her doors up to all her family and friends as well as Five's.
Because you know what? No one was going to spoil her holiday.]

[She presses her forehead against his, looking deep into his eyes.]

I love you with all of my heart Five and I know I can't make you stop worrying but you can't let it rule your heart.

[She brushes her lips against his softly.]

I want you to live your life and love me as hard as you can, we will face everything together. I'm not leaving you and no one will take you from me.

I don't have it in me, not to be cautious. Too many things have gone awfully wrong in my life to abandon those tendencies. I'm an old man when it comes down to it, Roxy. So you're going to have to indulge the old man from time to time.

[ He can't go in with reckless abandon, she means too much to him by this point. Gently he brushes his thumb across her cheekbone. ]

I'll do my best to keep my paranoia at bay when we finally go on our trip, but that's all I can promise. Especially if you plan on running around in tiny strips of fabric that barely cover anything. I can't guarantee that I won't beat the shit out of someone if they stare too hard at you or make comments like those horny college kids did at the pumpkin patch.

[ He says with a little laugh before pressing a kiss to her lips. ]

[She corrects him and moves in closer when he kisses her, bringing her hand up and into his hair.]

And if you don't want me running around the beach like that then I guess you're just going to have to tie me to the bed....

[She teases him, her tongue sliding against his briefly.]

Or tire me out so much that I won't want to get out of bed.....

I am an old man, Rox. In addition to being your man.

[ He counters because he's mentally 60 years old and while his body may have deaged, the experiences he had for those 60 years aren't gone. So he won't let those experiences go for anything as they define him in so many ways both good and bad. ]

We both know you aren't going to stay in bed no matter how long I ravish you. The call of the island will have you dragging me out to the beach, whether I want to go or not. I'm more old fashioned then most people give me credit for, I don't like the idea of other men staring at you and wondering why you're with me. I'm not someone who feels flattered that other people want my woman and are wishing that I would just disappear.

[ Even her kisses can't make that insecure feeling go away because he looks like a freaking teenager nd it doesn't help that his stamina is complete shit when it comes to anything that isn't him dealing out foreplay. ]

[She gives him a pretty pout but nods.]

Okay I promise, no tiny bikinis in public. I'll save all my skimpy clothes for when it's just you and me.

[She kisses him again.]

Or maybe I'll just walk around nude the whole time we are alone together....it looks like our bungalow is nice and secluded.

As long as you don't complain if I don't walk around nude the entire time we're alone. I'm definitely not comfortable enough in my own skin to do that.

[ He says with a joking tone, but he's also being honest. He kisses her back and then whispers against her lips. ]

I'll try to be less uptight when we go on our trip.

[ It's all he can really promise, he doesn't want to restrict her or himself, but some times his insecurity can be so crippling and well Lila certainly didn't help with that. ]

I won't complain at all.

[She says with a mischievous glint in her eye and she runs a hand down the expensive suit he's wearing.]

How can I when you look so yummy in stuff like this?

[She kisses him back, shivering a little when he whispers against her lips.]

You look just as wonderful in clothes as you do out of them. Just don't get upset at me if I'm constantly trying to remove them though okay? I'm strong but not so strong that I can't resist trying to get you naked at every opportunity that I can.... especially when we'll be on vacation.

[She closes her eyes and makes a soft happy noise.]

Which I still can't believe your sister did for us!!

I'm sure there will be plenty of moments where you'll get to see me naked during our vacation. I know we haven't done as much as usual but it won't stay that way. I appreciate you taking care of me during our recovery. So you know I will make it up to you when we're in Bora Bora.

[ He says softly pressing another kiss to her lips.]

I can't really believe it either and she's my sister.

[ He admits with a soft laugh as he rests his forehead against hers again. ]

Do you....want to start making it up to me now?

[She asks coyly, trying not to get her hopes up as she knows he's tired from the party but she can't help it. He's looked so damn handsome all night and she can feel that familiar low throb of desire she gets when she's around him starting to return.]

I don't really know if I can follow through at this point. I'm pretty tired. I need to talk to Grace about getting off this medication, because I don't like the way it makes me feel.

[ He admits feeling a pang of guilt for not being able to take care of Roxy in the way that they are both use too. He knows the medication is suppose to help with his anxiety, but he hates feeling like his energy is always drained.

He sighs as he presses a kiss to her neck. ]

Maybe I can start making it up to you in the morning?

[She tries to hide the disappointment in her eyes so when he kisses her neck she turns her back to him a little.]

Can you at least help me with my zipper then?

Okay.

[ He suppresses the urge to sigh again as he goes to unzip the back of her dress. Gently his brushes his fingers against the skin of her back and presses a kiss to her bare shoulder. ]

You still planning on just sleeping in nothing but this necklace?

[ He asks softly, brushing his fingers against the back of the necklace. He might be too tired to really go down on her right now, but he figures once he gets a second wind in the morning. He could start making it up to her then. ]

[The skin on her back tingles as he unzips and gently kisses her, she looks at him over her shoulder and smiles.]

Of course!

[She says and stands up, slowly pushing her dress down over the swell of her hips and ass.]

It's so beautiful that I'm tempted to never take it off.

I'm happy you like it so much. I was worried that you might not like jewelry since you don't wear it often.

[ He says as he watches her get undressed. After a moment, he stands up and starts to undress himself. He's not as keen as her to sleep entirely nude, but he does strip down to his boxer briefs. He doesn't necessarily enjoy sleeping shirtless, but he'll do it for Roxy.

He reaches out to capture her by the waist after he strips down to his underwear.]

I love you, Roxy.

[ He gives her a sleepy smile as he leans in to kiss her. ]

I don't wear jewelry because no one has ever liked me enough to buy me some.

[She replies as she slips out of the white lace thong she was wearing under her dress and then poses prettily for him so he can see the final image. She giggles when he captures her waist and kisses him back, enjoying the feeling of their bare skin touching.]

[She says and gently pulls him towards the bed.]

C'mon, let's get some rest.

You've never bought anything for yourself?

[ Obviously now that he knows she likes jewelry for sure, she will get more from him. Because he loves his woman and he loves to buy his beautiful woman, beautiful things.

Instinctively he follows Roxy over to the bed, ready to crawl under the covers with her. ]

Rest sounds good, it's been a long day.

Never really had enough money and never really thought I deserved anything fancy.

[She says, giving him a little shrug as she crawls under the covers. She waits for him to get settled and then cuddles up close against his chest.]

Thank you again for tonight darlin, I really appreciated it.

[She lifts her head up to kiss him softly on the lips.]

You deserve all the fancy. Though you may have to leave the jewelry locked up here. When we go our trip, it wouldn't be safe on an airline flight.

[ He tells her with a yawn as wraps an arm around her to snuggle her back. ]

You're welcome, darling. After everything that's happened, I just wanted to give you that normal night.

[ He kisses her back, before resting his head back against the pillows. Sleepily he rubs a hand over her bare back. ]

I'll for sure leave it here when we go on vacation.

[She says sleepily and nuzzles further down on him, a little smile on her lips.]

You did.... you're so good to me...

[She whispers, feeling herself starting to drift off.]

[ He manages to whisper a soft goodnight before he drifts off to sleep himself. He sleeps peacefully cradling Roxy against his body, drinking in her warmth as they snuggle underneath the covers. When he wakes a few hours later, he's groggy, but he still has Roxy sleeping soundly against him.

He glances up at the nightstand to see the time on the clock. It's early but he did tell her that he would start making it up to her in the morning. Softly he presses a kiss to the top of her hair and then her temple. While letting his hand soothing rub over her back, slowly sliding down her smooth skin to give her rear end a gentle squeeze. ]

Hey.

[ He says softly, rubbing his hand repeatedly over her rear in an attempt to coax her awake. ]

[Roxy sleeps soundly the second she closes her eyes, a sleep that is thankfully dreamless and calm, but slowly she starts to drift out of it when she feels someone rubbing her back, and then her backside. She makes a sleepy little noise and nuzzles her face against Five's chest.]

Mmmpfhhmm?

[She says and notices that the hand on her ass is still there and she opens her eyes to find that it's early morning.]

Mmmm? Five? You okay?

[She asks, a bit of anxiety creeping in because it's not like him to wake her so her first thought is that maybe he is having a panic attack or a bad dream.]

Yeah.

[ He replies simply as she finally stirs and looks up at him with those beautiful violet eyes of hers. Softly he presses a kiss to her forehead, while slowly rubbing his hand over the small of her back and ass still. ]

I have some energy to start making it up to you.

[ He whispers pressing another kiss to her jawline as he shifts his weight to push her more onto her back as he drapes himself over her.]

Making what to me...?

[She starts to ask and then he is gently rolling her onto her back and draping himself on top of her, she makes a soft happy noise, wrapping her arms around him and holding him close. Drinking in the feeling of all his warm skin against hers and the feeling of his body weight pressed on top of her, it's comforting and nice.]

[She says as she looks up into his face, smiling and running her hand through his hair.]

[ He smiles back, leaning in to press a kiss to her lips as they haven't really been this intimate since Lila's attack. While he definitely feels that she took something away from him in that attack, he's tired of letting it rule over him.

Slowly he breaks the kiss as he begins to pepper kisses across her jawline and down her neck, while letting his hand rub over the curve of her hip.]

How about we get some practice in before we go on our trip?

[ He asks as he drops a kiss to her chest, just above the curve of her breasts. ]

[At first she thinks that maybe she's reading things wrong, that he's just being sweet and that she shouldn't get her hopes up again but when he starts to kiss down her neck towards her breasts she feels her heart flutter excitedly.]
